material.
  In line 16, delete the boldfaced material and restore the
bracketed material.
  In line 20, delete the boldfaced material and restore the
bracketed material.
  After line 24, insert:
  ' (a) That an exception may be adopted to allow a use
authorized by a statewide planning goal that cannot comply with
the approval standards for that type of use;'.
  In line 25, delete '(a)' and insert '(b)'.
  In lines 26 through 28, delete the boldfaced material.
  In line 29, delete '(b)' and insert '(c)'.
