'11'.
  In line 10, delete 'seven' and insert 'nine'.
  In line 12, delete 'or timber'.
  After line 12, insert:
  ' (C) One member representing the timber industry;'.
  In line 13, delete '(C)' and insert '(D)'.
  In line 14, delete '(D)' and insert '(E)' and delete 'or
county'.
  After line 14, insert:
  ' (F) One member currently serving as a county commissioner or
county judge;
  ' (G) One member representing a metropolitan service
district;'.
  In line 15, delete '(E)' and insert '(H)'.
  Delete line 16 and insert:
  ' (I) One public member.'.
  Delete lines 22 through 26 and insert:
  ' (a) The balance between the protection of resource lands and
the efficient expansion of urban growth boundaries;
  ' (b) The connection between the land use system and economic
development in urban areas and the farm and forest economy in
rural areas;
