  In line 5 of the printed bill, delete 'the 25'.
  In line 7, after 'drugs.' insert 'The list shall include no
fewer than 25 of the prescription drugs most frequently used by
individuals 65 years of age and older.'.
  In line 9, after 'state' insert ', including mail order
pharmacies'.
  After line 16, insert:
  ' (5) The office may add information to the survey that may be
relevant to consumers, including but not limited to the average
wholesale price of the drugs listed on the prescription drug
price survey and the dispensing fee charged to consumers by the
pharmacies that participate in the survey.'.
