  In line 9, delete 'Six months' and insert 'Ninety days'.
  In line 10, delete 'six-month' and insert '90-day'.
  In line 11, delete 'Six months' and insert 'Ninety days'.
  In line 14, delete 'six-month' and insert '90-day'.
  After line 27, insert:
  ' (6) The Oregon Department of Administrative Services may
adopt rules exempting specified kinds of liquidated and
delinquent accounts from the time periods established in
subsections (1), (2) and (4) of this section. However, a
liquidated and delinquent account that is subject to assignment
under this section may not be retained by a state agency for more
than one year without a payment on the account.'.
