  On page 1 of the printed A-engrossed bill, line 2, delete '
creating' and insert 'and declaring an emergency.'.
  Delete line 3.
  Delete lines 5 through 27 and delete page 2 and insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 1. + }  { + (1) As used in this section,
'public body' has the meaning given that term in ORS 174.109.
  ' (2) A public body may not disclose the identification badge
or card of an employee of the public body without the written
consent of the employee if:
  ' (a) The badge or card contains the photograph of the
employee; and
  ' (b) The badge or card was prepared solely for internal use by
the public body to identify employees of the public body.
  ' (3) The public body may not disclose a duplicate of the
photograph used on the badge or card. + }
  '  { +  SECTION 2. + }  { + This 2003 Act being necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and
safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2003 Act
takes effect on its passage. + } ' .
