  In line 6 of the printed bill, delete 'demonstrate' and insert
'attest to'.
  In line 11, after 'licensee' delete the rest of the line and
delete line 12 and insert 'has been subject to a 100 percent
penalty under ORS 305.265 (13) or 314.400 (3) with respect to a
personal income tax return of the licensee.'.
