  In line 7 of the printed bill, after 'boundary' delete the rest
of the line and delete line 8 and insert 'all of those lots and
parcels located entirely or partially within the area directly to
the north of Clay Street, west of Graham's Ferry Road, in
Washington County, to a distance of 660 feet north from the
center line of Clay Street.'.
