  Directs Metro to amend its urban growth boundary to include
certain property.
 
                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to metropolitan Portland urban growth boundary.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + Section 2 of this 2003 Act is added to and made
a part of ORS chapter 197. + }
  SECTION 2.  { + Notwithstanding ORS 195.145, 197.296 or 197.298
or any land use planning goals adopted under ORS 197.225
regarding urbanization, Metro shall amend its comprehensive plan
to include within its urban growth boundary all of those lots and
parcels located entirely or partially within the area directly to
the north of Clay Street, west of Graham's Ferry Road, in
Washington County, to a distance of 660 feet north from the
center line of Clay Street. + }
