sales to comply with State Department of Agriculture rules.

                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to retail sale of fish; and declaring an emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + The State Fish and Wildlife Commission may by
rule establish a pilot program for the sale of fish at locations
away from vessels participating in the nontreaty Columbia River
fisheries. All sales of fish at locations away from vessels must
comply with the State Department of Agriculture licensing and
food handling requirements. + }
  SECTION 2.  { + Section 1 of this 2003 Act is repealed on
January 2, 2008. + }
  SECTION 3.  { + This 2003 Act being necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency
is declared to exist, and this 2003 Act takes effect on its
passage. + }
