ORS 401.570,' and after 'city' insert ', county sheriff'.
  In line 8, after 'police' insert ', sheriff'.
  In line 29, delete 'or' and insert 'and'.
  Delete line 45 and delete page 3 and insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 6. + }  { + A local government, as defined in
ORS 174.116, may not incur any liability for the actions of an
agent or employee of the local government acting pursuant to
sections 1 to 5 of this 2003 Act except when such liability
arises from the willful misconduct or gross negligence of the
agent or employee. + } ' .
