  On page 2 of the printed A-engrossed bill, line 5, after '
section' delete the rest of the line and delete lines 6 through 9
and insert ':
  ' (a) The President of the Senate, in consultation with
leadership from the minority party, shall appoint two members of
the Senate to the commission, one from the majority party and one
from the minority party, who shall be nonvoting, advisory
members; and
  ' (b) The Speaker of the House of Representatives, in
consultation with leadership from the minority party, shall
appoint two members of the House of Representatives to the
commission, one from the majority party and one from the minority
party, who shall be nonvoting, advisory members.'.
  In line 31, after the second 'Medicaid' insert ' operational'.
  On page 4, line 20, after the second 'Medicaid' insert '
operational'.
  In line 25, after 'Medicaid' insert 'operational'.
  In line 26, after 'shall' delete the rest of the line and line
27 and insert 'consider the concerns expressed by the commission
during administrative decision-making.'.
