rest of the line and line 3 and insert '742.520 and 742.524.'.
  On page 3, delete lines 15 through 45.
  On page 4, delete lines 1 through 6.
  In line 7, delete '5' and insert '3' and delete '6' and insert
'4'.
  In line 9, delete '6' and insert '4'.
  Delete lines 13 through 18 and insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 5. + }  { + Section 4 of this 2003 Act and the
amendments to ORS 742.520 and 742.524 by sections 1 and 2 of this
2003 Act apply to motor vehicle liability policies issued or
renewed on or after the effective date of this 2003 Act. + } ' .
