  In line 15 of the printed concurrent resolution, after the
comma insert 'encouraging and comforting breast cancer patients
and their families and'.
  After line 16, insert:
  ' Whereas Katie Marie Harman has made education a priority in
her life, through her service as Miss America and as a student at
Saturday Academy, Centennial High School and Portland State
University and her support of opportunity scholarships, such as
the Miss America program, to help students realize their full
potential; and'.
