  After line 7 of the printed joint resolution, insert:
  ' Whereas the telemedicine workgroup determined that the use of
telemedicine improves access to quality healthcare; and'.
  In line 15, before 'That' insert '(1)'.
  In line 17, delete '(1)' and insert '(a)'.
  In line 19, delete '(2)' and insert '(b)'.
  In line 21, delete '(3)' and insert '(c)'.
  In line 24, delete '(4)' and insert '(d)'.
  In line 26, delete '(5)' and insert '(e)'.
  In line 28, delete '(6)' and insert '(f)'.
  After line 28, insert:
  ' (2) That as used in this resolution, 'telemedicine' means
using telecommunications technology to deliver healthcare,
including but not limited to clinical diagnosis, clinical
services and patient consultation.'.
