  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 29, after '(4)' delete the
rest of the line and line 30 and insert 'In addition to the
disclosures required by subsections (1) and (2) of this section,
prior court approval is required for payment of compensation to a
person who is the spouse, parent or child of the fiduciary or to
a business entity in which the spouse, parent or child of the
fiduciary has an ownership interest and that is employed by the
