  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 2, delete the first ' and'
and after '811.125' insert '; and declaring an emergency'.
  In line 5, after the second 'highway' insert 'or other premises
open to the public'.
  In line 6, after the second 'in' insert ', or organizes or aids
in organizing,'.
  In line 22, restore the bracketed material.
  In line 23, restore the bracketed material and delete the rest
of the line and insert ', unless the person drives a vehicle in
committing the offense. If the person drives a vehicle in
committing the offense, the offense is a Class A misdemeanor.'.
  On page 10, after line 8, insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 4. + }  { + This 2003 Act being necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and
safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2003 Act
takes effect on its passage. + } ' .
