  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 10, after 'applicant '
insert 'in writing'.
  In line 12, before the colon insert 'upon receipt by the
governing body or its designee of'.
  Delete lines 13 through 21 and insert:
  ' (a) All of the missing information;
  ' (b) Some of the missing information and written notice from
the applicant that no other information will be provided; or
  ' (c) Written notice from the applicant that none of the
missing information will be provided.'.
  In line 27, before the colon insert 'has been notified of the
missing information as required under subsection (2) of this
section and has not submitted'.
  Delete lines 28 and 29 and insert:
  ' (a) All of the missing information;
  ' (b) Some of the missing information and written notice that
no other information will be provided; or
  ' (c) Written notice that none of the missing information will
be provided.'.
  In line 30, delete 'reasonable' and insert 'specified'.
  In line 31, before 'request' insert 'written' and after the
period insert 'The total of all extensions may not exceed 245
days.'.
