                      SENATE AMENDMENTS TO
                         SENATE BILL 124

  On page 1 of the printed bill, after line 14, insert:
  ' (3) At least 10 days prior to submitting an application for a
waiver under subsection (2) of this section to the State Board of
Education, an applicant shall send a copy of the application to
the proposed sponsor of the public charter school and, if a
school district is not the proposed sponsor, to the school
district in which the public charter school will be located.'.
