A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to disciplinary authority of State Board of Psychologist
Examiners.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of this 2003 Act is added to and made a
part of ORS 675.010 to 675.150.
SECTION 2. { + The lapse, suspension or revocation of a
license issued under ORS 675.010 to 675.150 by the operation of
law, by order of the State Board of Psychologist Examiners or by
the decision of a court of law, or the voluntary surrender of a
license by a licensee, shall not deprive the board of
jurisdiction to proceed with any investigation of or any action
or disciplinary proceeding against the licensee or to revise or
render null and void an order suspending or revoking the
