Establishes continuing authority of Oregon Board of Licensed
Professional Counselors and Therapists over certain licensees.
A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to authority of Oregon Board of Licensed Professional
Counselors and Therapists.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1. { + Notwithstanding the lapse, suspension,
revocation or surrender of a license issued under ORS 675.715 to
675.835, the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and
Therapists may:
(1) Proceed with any investigation of or any action or
disciplinary proceeding against the licensee; or
(2) Revise or render null and void an order of disciplinary
action against the licensee. + }
