                      SENATE AMENDMENTS TO

  On page 1 of the printed bill, after line 13, insert:
  ' (3) The department may not expend more than 15 percent of the
moneys in the fund to pay for the department's administrative and
personnel costs in implementing ORS 466.068.'.
  On page 2, line 11, delete 'and'.
  In line 12, delete the period and insert '; and
  ' (e) Other activities related to technical assistance.'.
  In line 29, delete '$____ ' and insert '$110'.
  In line 31, delete '$____ ' and insert '$27,500'.
  On page 3, line 2, after the period insert 'No more than
$250,000 per calendar year may be deposited in the Hazardous
Waste Technical Assistance Fund. Moneys from penalties received
by the commission in excess of $250,000 per year shall be paid
into the State Treasury as provided in ORS 468.135.'.
