Approves new fees and fee increases of Department of
Environmental Quality.
Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2003.
A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to financial administration of the Department of
Environmental Quality; and declaring an emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1. { + For the purpose of carrying out the provisions
of ORS 291.055 (1)(e), the following fees for the Air Quality and
Water Quality Divisions, modified by the Department of
Environmental Quality by rule and approved by the Oregon
Department of Administrative Services, are approved: + }
