goods from individuals for resale. - }

                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to retail transactions.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + A local government may not adopt or enforce a
local requirement for the disclosure or display of information on
a label for a food product sold in a retail transaction. + }
