  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 2, delete '; and declaring
an emergency'.
  After line 9, insert:
  ' (d) The President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House
of Representatives jointly shall appoint:
  ' (A) One member from a professional association representing
health insurers; and
  ' (B) One member from a professional association representing
Oregon businesses.'.
  In line 10, delete '(d)' and insert '(e)' and delete ' five'
and insert 'three'.
  Delete lines 11 and 12.
  In line 13, delete '(C)' and insert '(A)'.
  In line 14, delete '(D)' and insert '(B)'.
  In line 16, delete '(E)' and insert '(C)'.
  In line 17, delete '(e)' and insert '(f)'.
  In line 18, after 'Services' insert 'or their designees'.
  In line 25, after the semicolon insert 'and'.
  In line 27, delete '; and' and insert a period.
  Delete line 28.
  On page 2, delete lines 12 through 17 and insert:
  ' (10) The task force shall submit its report, including
recommendations for legislation, to the appropriate interim
committee with jurisdiction over human services issues in the
manner provided in ORS 192.245 no later than October 1, 2004.'.
  In line 18, delete '(12)' and insert '(11)'.
  In line 19, after 'compensation' insert a period and delete the
rest of the line and lines 20 through 22.
  In line 23, delete '2005' and insert '2004'.
  Delete lines 24 through 26.
