  On page 4 of the printed bill, line 13, after '(B)' insert '
Except as provided in subparagraph (C) of this paragraph,'.
  After line 15, insert:
  ' (C) The exercise of any function of authority enumerated in
paragraph (a) of this subsection by a corrections officer, as
defined in ORS 181.610, employed by the Department of Corrections
does not necessarily establish conclusively that the corrections
officer is a supervisory employee for purposes of ORS 243.650 to
243.782.'.
