  In line 2 of the printed bill, delete '; and appropriating
money'.
  In line 4, after '(1)' insert 'Subject to the availability of
funds,'.
  Delete lines 24 through 27 and insert:
  ' (5) The Department of Consumer and Business Services may
accept gifts, grants and donations from any source for the
purpose of carrying out its duties in establishing and conducting
the pilot project. The Director of the Department of Consumer and
Business Services is not required to expend any funds to
implement the pilot project until sufficient funds are
available.'.
  In line 28, delete '3' and insert '2'.
