  On page 2 of the printed bill, line 9, after 'any' delete the
rest of the line and line 10 and insert 'brand or notation
specified by the department by rule.
  ' (12) The certificate shall contain any other information
required by the department.'.
  In line 11, delete '(12)' and insert '(13)'.
  On page 5, line 32, delete '(12)' and insert '(13)'.
