  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 15, after '(1)' delete the
rest of the line and insert 'Pursuant to an agreement between a
school district board and the governing body of an Indian tribe
whose reservation is located partly or wholly within the
district'.
  In line 16, delete 'an election pursuant to ORS 328.210'.
  In line 23, delete 'three' and insert 'five'.
