  In line 14 of the printed bill, after 'the' delete the rest of
the line and line 15 and insert 'Oregon Department of
Administrative Services for the Oregon Health and Science
University for the purpose of grants to post-secondary education
institutions to support nursing education programs;'.
  In line 17, delete 'and'.
  In line 19, before the period insert '; and
  ' (f) 5.67 percent to the Department of Human Services for
primary care safety net health clinics, as defined by the Office
of Rural Health, that are not federally certified rural health
clinics'.
