                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to sale of flammable liquids by ports.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + Section 2 of this 2003 Act is added to and made
a part of ORS 777.195 to 777.258. + }
  SECTION 2.  { + A port may own or operate a filling station,
service station, garage or other dispensary at which Class 1
flammable liquids are dispensed at retail. + }
