SENATE AMENDMENTS TO
SENATE BILL 915

On page 4 of the printed bill, delete lines 9 and 10 and
insert:
' (cc) A county law enforcement facility that lawfully exists
on the effective date of this 2003 Act and is used to provide
primarily rural law enforcement services, including parole and
post-prison supervision, but not including adult correctional
detention or juvenile detention.'.
On page 6, after line 23, insert:
' (w) A county law enforcement facility that is used to provide
primarily rural law enforcement services, including parole and
post-prison supervision, but not including adult correctional
detention or juvenile detention. A county may not approve siting
a county law enforcement facility under this paragraph within
three miles of an urban growth boundary or unincorporated
community.'.
On page 10, delete lines 34 and 35 and insert:

On page 12, after line 43, insert:
