  On page 1 of the printed A-engrossed bill, line 5, after the
semicolon insert 'limiting expenditures;'.
  On page 7, line 37, delete 'remain applicable to expenditures'
and insert 'do not apply to expenditures relating to the Trust
for Cultural Development Account'.
  In line 38, after 'Program' delete the rest of the line and
delete line 39 and '. This subsection does not apply to the
limitation established under section 10, chapter 12, Oregon Laws
2003 (Enrolled Senate Bill 859), on disbursements from the Trust
for Cultural Development Account.'.
  Delete line 39.
  On page 8, after line 18, insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 23. + }  { + Notwithstanding any other law
limiting expenditures, the amount of $460,569 is established for
the biennium beginning July 1, 2003, as the maximum limit for
payment of expenses from the Trust for Cultural Development
Account by the Arts Program of the Economic and Community
Development Department. + } ' .
  In line 19, delete '23' and insert '24'.
