  On page 2 of the printed bill, delete lines 9 through 12 and
insert:
  ' (17) An engineer or employee of an engineer while the
engineer or employee is performing duties as an engineer or on
behalf of an engineer. As used in this subsection, 'engineer' has
the meaning given that term in ORS 672.002.'.
