Authorizes certain new or increased fees adopted by State
Department of Agriculture.
Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2003.
A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to the financial administration of the State Department
of Agriculture; and declaring an emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

of ORS 291.055 (1)(e), the following new or increased fees,
adopted by the State Department of Agriculture and approved by
the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, are
