CHAPTER ................
AN ACT
Relating to the financial administration of the Oregon Department
of Aviation; limiting expenditures; and declaring an emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1. { + Notwithstanding any other law limiting
expenditures, the following amounts are established for the
biennium beginning July 1, 2003, as the maximum limits for
payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues,
including Miscellaneous Receipts, and including federal funds
from the Federal Aviation Administration, collected or received
by the Oregon Department of Aviation, for the following
purposes: + }

SECTION 2. { + Notwithstanding any other law appropriating
moneys, limiting expenditures or otherwise adjusting
appropriations or expenditure limitations, and in addition to any
action taken by the Emergency Board, the expenditure limitation
established for the Oregon Department of Aviation search and
rescue program by section 1 (2), chapter 39, Oregon Laws 2001, is
increased by $29,860. + }
SECTION 3. { + This 2003 Act being necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency
is declared to exist, and this 2003 Act takes effect on its
passage. + }
