  Delete lines 5 through 9 of the printed bill and insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 1. + }  { + Notwithstanding any other law
limiting expenditures of the Capitol Planning Commission for the
payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues,
including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and
federal funds, for the biennium ending June 30, 2003, the
limitation on expenditures established by section 1, chapter 126,
Oregon Laws 2001, as modified by any action taken by the
Emergency Board and by the Legislative Assembly in special
session, is increased by $27,123. + } ' .
