CHAPTER ................
AN ACT
Relating to the financial administration of the Capitol Planning
Commission; limiting expenditures; and declaring an emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1. { + Notwithstanding any other law limiting
expenditures of the Capitol Planning Commission for the payment
of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including
Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal
funds, for the biennium ending June 30, 2003, the limitation on
expenditures established by section 1, chapter 126, Oregon Laws
2001, as modified by any action taken by the Emergency Board and
by the Legislative Assembly in special session, is increased by
$27,123. + }
SECTION 2. { + This 2003 Act being necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency
is declared to exist, and this 2003 Act takes effect July 1,
2003. + }
