  In line 8 of the printed bill, delete '$726,373' and insert '
$559,940'.
  In line 9, delete '$21,943' and insert '$21,660'.
  After line 9, insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 2. + }  { + (1) In addition to and not in lieu
of any other appropriation, there is appropriated to the
Emergency Board, for the biennium beginning July 1, 2003, out of
the General Fund, the amount of $50,000, which may be allocated
to the Columbia River Gorge Commission for operating expenses.
  ' (2) If any of the moneys referred to in subsection (1) of
this section are not allocated by the Emergency Board prior to
December 1, 2004, the unallocated moneys on that date become
available for any other purpose for which the Emergency Board
lawfully may allocate funds.'. + }
  In line 10, delete '2' and insert '3'.
