  Delete lines 5 and 6.
  In line 7, delete '2' and insert '1' and delete ' $733,109' and
insert '$711,400'.
  In line 12, delete '3' and insert '2' and delete ' $243,782'
and insert '$478,947'.
  After line 14, insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 3. + }  { + Notwithstanding any other law
limiting expenditures, the limitation on expenditures established
by section 3, chapter 50, Oregon Laws 2001, for the biennium
ending June 30, 2003, as the maximum limit for payment of
expenses from federal funds collected or received by the Oregon
Disabilities Commission, is increased by $78,495. + } ' .
