Chapter 128 Oregon Laws 2005

AN ACT

Relating to public library grant eligibility based on maintenance of local support; repealing ORS 357.770; and declaring an emergency.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. ORS 357.770 is repealed.

SECTION 2. This 2005 Act being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2005 Act takes effect June 30, 2005.
