Relating to utility permit fees charged by the Department of Transportation; amending sections 5 and 7, chapter 664, Oregon Laws 2001.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. Section 5, chapter 664, Oregon Laws 2001, is amended to read:

Sec. 5. Section 2, chapter 664, Oregon Laws 2001, [of this 2001 Act] is repealed on January 2, [2006] 2008.

SECTION 2. Section 7, chapter 664, Oregon Laws 2001, is amended to read:

Sec. 7. The amendments to ORS 758.010 by section 6, chapter 664, Oregon Laws 2001, [of this 2001 Act] become operative on January 2, [2006] 2008.
