AN ACT

HB 5105

Relating to state financial administration; and declaring an emergency.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS 291.055 (1)(e), the following new or increased fees, adopted by the Oregon State Board of Nursing and approved by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, are approved as follows:

(1) Registered nurse/Licensed

practical nurse:

(a) License by exam........................ $ 100

(b) License by indorsement............ $ 135

(c) Renewal..................................... $ 85

(d) Reactivation.............................. $ 100

(2) Certified nursing assistant:

(a) Certification by exam............... $ 106

(b) Certification by indorsement... $ 40

(c) Renewal..................................... $ 40

(d) CNA 2 registration................... $ 5

SECTION 2. This 2005 Act being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2005 Act takes effect July 1, 2005.
