Relating to juveniles; amending section 3, chapter 415, Oregon Laws 2003.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. Section 3, chapter 415, Oregon Laws 2003, is amended to read:

Sec. 3. Section 2, chapter 415, Oregon Laws 2003, [of this 2003 Act] is repealed on January 2, [2006] 2010.
