AN ACT

SB 5535

Relating to state financial administration; and declaring an emergency.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS 291.055 (1)(e), the following new or increased fees, adopted by the Department of Consumer and Business Services and approved by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, are approved:

(1) Plumbing Program:

(a) One- and two-family dwellings:

(A) Base fee (new construction,

1,800 sq ft or less)................... $ 210

(B) Additional square feet over

1,800 (per sq ft)....................... $ 0.20

(C) Remodel/alteration (each 10

fixtures or part thereof)......... $ 67

(b) Commercial, industrial and

dwellings other than one-

and two-family:

(A) Base fee (includes up to

three fixtures and first

100 ft of pipe).......................... $ 60

(B) Four or more fixtures

(per fixture)............................. $ 20

(C) Additional 100 ft of pipe or

part thereof (water, sewer).... $ 20

(c) Manufactured dwellings or

prefabricated structures,

connection to building sewer

and water supply.................... $ 64

(d) Recreational vehicle and

manufactured dwelling parks:

(A) Ten or fewer spaces................ $ 320

(B) Each 10 additional spaces

(or part thereof)...................... $ 275

(2) Mortgage Lender Program:

(a) Initial branch license

(one year)................................. $ 165

(b) Renewal branch license

(two years)............................... $ 165

(c) Initial main office license

(one year)................................. $ 825

(d) Renewal main office license

(two years)............................... $ 825

(e) Fee to add additional branch

to existing main office............. $ 247.50

(f) Loan originator assessment... $ 60

(3) Preneeds Funeral Trust

Program, annual license......... $ 335

(4) Consumer Finance Program,

annual license.......................... $ 520

(5) Worker Leasing Companies,

biennial license........................ $ 2,050

SECTION 2. This 2005 Act being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2005 Act takes effect July 1, 2005.
