Chapter 606 Oregon Laws 2005
AN ACT
HB 5170
Relating to state financial administration; limiting expenditures; and declaring an emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of
Oregon:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other law limiting expenditures, the amount of $69,920 is established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2005, as the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by the Board of Examiners of Licensed Dietitians.
SECTION 2. Notwithstanding any other law limiting expenditures, the amount of $1,122,440 is established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2005, as the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by the State Mortuary and Cemetery Board.
SECTION 3. Notwithstanding any other law limiting expenditures, the amount of $384,032 is established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2005, as the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by the Board of Naturopathic Examiners.
SECTION 4. Notwithstanding any other law limiting expenditures, the amount of $202,807 is established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2005, as the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by the Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators.
SECTION 5. Notwithstanding any other law limiting expenditures, the amount of $270,166 is established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2005, as the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by the Occupational Therapy Licensing Board.
SECTION 6. Notwithstanding any other law limiting expenditures, the amount of $3,617,864 is established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2005, as the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by the State Board of Pharmacy.
SECTION 7. Notwithstanding any other law limiting expenditures, the amount of $469,429 is established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2005, as the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by the Board of Radiologic Technology.
SECTION 8. Notwithstanding any other law limiting expenditures, the amount of $235,776 is established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2005, as the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by the State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
SECTION 9. Notwithstanding any other law limiting expenditures, the amount of $514,282 is established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2005, as the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by the Oregon State Veterinary Medical Examining Board.
SECTION 10. This 2005 Act being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2005 Act takes effect July 1, 2005.
