Relating to voluntary agreements with the Water Resources Department; repealing section 4, chapter 745, Oregon Laws 2003.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. Section 4, chapter 745, Oregon Laws 2003, is repealed.
