AN ACT

SB 5631

Relating to state financial administration; amending section 5, chapter 344, Oregon Laws 2005 (Enrolled Senate Bill 5625); and declaring an emergency.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. Section 5, chapter 344, Oregon Laws 2005 (Enrolled Senate Bill 5625), is amended to read:

Sec. 5. Sections 1 to 4, chapter 344, Oregon Laws 2005 (Enrolled Senate Bill 5625), [of this 2005 Act] are repealed on [July] August 31, 2005.

SECTION 2. This 2005 Act being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2005 Act takes effect on its passage.
