AN ACT
SB 5548
Relating to state financial administration; and declaring an emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of
Oregon:
SECTION 1. For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS 291.055 (1)(e), the following new or increased fees, adopted by the Department of Transportation and approved by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, are approved:
(1) Registration plate fee
authorized
by ORS 803.570:
(a)
For a single plate....................... $ 3
(b)
For a pair of plates................... $ 5
(2) Oregon Innovative Partnerships
Program
established under
ORS
367.800 to 367.824 for
evaluation
of unsolicited
proposals:
(a)
An initial conceptual
proposal
for a project of
less
than $100 million ..................... $ 5,000
(b)
An initial conceptual
proposal
for a project of
$100
million or more....................... $ 20,000
(c)
A detailed proposal for
a
project of less than
$100
million..................................... $ 10,000
(d)
A detailed proposal for
a
project of $100 million

(3) Road User Fee Task Force pilot
program
established under
chapter
862, Oregon Laws 2001,
and
section 43, chapter 618,
Oregon
Laws 2003, fees in lieu

fuel taxes:

SECTION 2. This 2005 Act being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2005 Act takes effect July 1, 2005.
