Chapter 720 Oregon Laws 2005

 

AN ACT

 

HB 5168

 

Relating to state financial administration; and declaring an emergency.

 

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

 

          SECTION 1. For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS 291.055 (1)(e), the following new or increased fees, adopted by the Department of State Police and approved by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, are approved:

 

      (1)    Identification Services identification checks:

      (a)    Criminal history check............................    $     33

      (b)   Designated agency record check............    $       4

      (c)    Open records check.................................    $     10

      (d)   Public fingerprinting...............................    $     20

      (e)    Regulatory (designated

              agency-retained)......................................    $     28

      (f)    Regulatory (designated

              agency-nonretained)................................    $     27

      (2)    Clearing house records check.................    $     52

      (3)    Impoundment of vehicles under

              ORS 809.720............................................    $     40

 

          SECTION 2. This 2005 Act being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2005 Act takes effect July 1, 2005.
