Chapter 764 Oregon Laws 2005

 

AN ACT

 

SB 5503

 

Relating to state financial administration; and declaring an emergency.

 

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

 

          SECTION 1. In addition to, and not in lieu of, amounts authorized by chapter 681, Oregon Laws 2005 (Enrolled Senate Bill 5632), the following amounts are authorized, as provided by ORS 286.525 (1), for issuance of general obligation bonds, revenue bonds, certificates of participation and other financing agreements of this state during the 2005-2007 biennium:

          SECTION 2. This 2005 Act being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2005 Act takes effect July 1, 2005.
